Growing up in the mountains of Montana, my late summers were spent with my Dad picking huckleberries up Flesher Pass. We’d explore the forest for hours, hunting this tiny purple berry that would later be lovingly sprinkled over vanilla ice cream. That ritual was quiet magic. When I needed to hold onto that memory…to bottle it, to feel it again…I created Berried in the Pines.
